Tendeka awarded in Britain’s Healthiest Workplace Survey 2016

October 26, 2016

Tendeka is delighted to announce that it has won the most improved small company award in Britain’s Healthiest Workplace 2016 survey which is organised by Vitality Health and the Financial Times.

Tendeka took part in the survey for the second consecutive year and was delighted to be mentioned alongside stiff competition from well-established companies across Britain.

Taking part in the healthiest workplace initiative enabled Tendeka to understand which elements of its current health and wellbeing programme were working well and what improvements could be made to help employees lead a healthier lifestyle.

To meet the required criteria, all Tendeka employees completed a personal health assessment through an online survey. Based on the answers provided, the survey generated each employee’s health age – a measure which is used to calculate the impact of your lifestyle on the age of your body. It also flagged up health risk indicators and what can be done to make improvements to general health and wellbeing.
