FracRight Composite Plug
Tendeka’s FracRight Composite Frac Plug is a solid and dependable plug, keeping us ahead of the competition when it comes to dependability and design. Tendeka uses proprietary composite material which allows for the most efficient mill out times the industry has seen to date. FracRight Dissolvable Plug
Tendeka’s FracRight Dissolvable Frac Plug has been successfully designed and tested in over 180 material tests, resulting in providing the most advanced high performance dissolvable frac plug on the market. Our magnesium alloy plug has predictable dissolution rates in as little as 1% brine fluid and provides a dependable bore zone isolation during frac operations.

FracRight Big Bore Frac Plug
Tendeka’s FracRight Big Bore Plug is a zonal isolation tool with a larger ID for long reach laterals. As the industry grows to more advanced drilling and completions practices, it requires more advanced zonal isolation. Similar to other plugs it is run in conjunction with your perforating guns via wireline but requires no mill out intervention after pumping operations are completed.

Tendeka’s SealRight Open Hole Isolation Packer is a mechanical packer that enables instant isolation of zones within the reservoir, providing a rapid, simple and cost-effective method of zonal isolation. This packer can be run in open or cased hole applications, and maintains full bore access in high angle and horizontal wells.  Run as an integral part of the liner string, multiple packers can be spaced out as required to isolate between reservoir stages. The liner string is then plugged off and pressure is applied from the surface to the predetermined setting pressure.  This pressure enters the packer setting chamber, allowing the setting piston to displace the seal elements outwards against the wall of the open hole.  This creates an immediate pressure-tight seal.

FracRight

Tendeka has developed the FracRight system, a top-to-bottom solution for selective multi-zone stimulation in open or cased-hole applications.  FracRight brings together a number of field proven technologies in one high quality system. This drop-ball activated fracturing system enables the installation of multiple sleeves, so that each zone can be stimulated to maximize production. Sleeves are opened by pumping a ball from the surface to allow for stimulation of a selected zone.  This system helps operators ensure stimulation jobs are cost-effective by fracturing the maximum number of zones in a single trip.

FracRight Plug

Tendeka’s FracRight range of composite frac plugs are rated to 10,000psi at 375°F, and are available in a full range of sizes. Comprised of proprietary high temperature composites and polyamides, and having minimal metallic content, FracRight plugs can be milled quickly and easily.

FracRight DHP Packer

Used to deploy the multi-stage system, the Tendeka FracRight DHP packer combines the liner hanger and packer into one component with the aim of reducing operator completion costs.  The hydraulic-set permanent packer comes with an anti-pre-set feature that prevents premature pack-off during running in hole. With a working pressure of 10,000psi, 350,000lbs load capacity and a range of receptacle lengths available, the FracRight DHP is designed specifically for highly deviated wells.

FracRight Toe Sleeve

The FracRight Toe Sleeve is a frac initiation sleeve designed for the toe area of the horizontal wells.  It has a high pressure rating giving the operator the ability to test the casing annulus, then increase pressure to hydraulically open the launch.  The tool can then be the first stage of the frac job through the large ports.

 

FracRight Multi Sleeve

The FracRight Multi sleeve greatly increases the number of fracturing stages available and reduces overall completion time.

Using Tendeka’s unique nozzle technology between three and five sleeves can be operated, with a single ball opening each stage ready for stimulation. Each series of sleeves is configured with specifically sized nozzles to evenly distribute surface pump pressure across each of the sleeves.

With over 60 stages available for stimulation, operators are able to extend both the lateral length and stages per well, whilst maintaining stimulation control of each zone.

FracRight Solo Sleeve

The FracRight Solo sleeve has been designed to meet the high demands of today’s fracturing and stimulation applications.  As part of the FracRight multi-stage fracturing system, each sleeve is opened in sequence by circulating a ball down to the integral ball seat and applying a pressure differential to shear that sleeve into a locked open position. The ball is held on the seat during stimulation to protect lower zones from overburden.

Tendeka’s SwellRight Swellable Packers provide a permanent packer solution suitable for many applications where a pressure seal or zonal isolation is required.  SwellRight packers help reduce well construction costs, extend well life and improve well integrity.  These permanent packers provide the long-term stability and reliability required to isolate producing zones and are able to react to subsequent changes in the wellbore geometry.

The SwellRight Feed-Thru Packer provides all the benefits of the standard SwellRight packer, but are compatible to use with 0.25″ control lines. Multiple slots can be built into the packer to house the non-encapsulated lines whilst still maintaining the required pressure requirements. The Feed-Thru installation tool simplifies the operation for installing the control lines on site.

Tendeka also offers the SwellRight Ultra Packer, a cost-effective solution for high pressure applications, providing the highest pressure rating on the swellable market.  Enabling the customer to utilise smaller pup joints, Tendeka’s SwellRight Ultra Packers can effectively reduce the amount of rubber element required for high pressure applications, for use in horizontal and vertical wells for up to 10,000psi.

Our Retrievable SwellRight Packer option has been designed to isolate the wellbore while enabling the easy removal of the entire assembly from the wellbore without any milling operations.
