Our Corporate HQ in Aberdeen houses an R&D assembly area, testing area, engineering, product line, and training facilities, enabling Tendeka to enhance its wireless completions, reservoir monitoring technologies and data management software.  Vanguard House is also home to business development, finance, HR, marketing, supply chain, QHSE and legal.

Tendeka’s divisional and regional leadership has more than 200 years collective experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in the completions sector.

Executive Management

Our Executive Management Team has extensive knowledge and involvement of leading successful international businesses and commercializing new technologies. A team of regional and divisional vice presidents, each of whom has widespread knowledge of completion and monitoring technologies, further supports this expertise.

Tendeka’s management has been integral in expanding our international network. Through stringent operations organisation, business process controls and corporate strategy, we have established and retained key relationships at every level within NOCs, IOCs and independent operators alike.
