Tendeka believe in the effective management of Health, Safety and the Environment and in the active promotion of safe working practices throughout the company and wherever the company is represented.

Our internal safety campaign of ‘Goal Zero” was rolled out at the beginning of 2010. We strive to assist and encourage employees to respect safety in all areas of their professional and personal lives.

The Tendeka Management leads by example, ensuring individual responsibility and accountability, setting targets for improvements and effectively monitoring key performance indicators.
